Leasing Options
We are currently only offering long term lease options. If you are a serious buyer and wish to hold a hangar before breaking ground, a letter of intent with a non-refundable payment is required. Once we break ground, the entire lease payment is due. Please contact us for more details.
The GTU hangar build includes 5 separate buildings located on the north east corner of the airport where all infrastructure will be built to taxiway A for runway 18/36. Building 1 is the northern most building and Building 5 is the southern most building, both are box hangars. Building 1's box hangars are 1386 sq ft (33' deep) with 41'6" x 12' door opening. Building 5's are 1968 sq ft. (41' deep) with 47'6" x 14' door opening. Buildings 2-4, consecutively numbered, are T-nested hangars with open end caps and all have a 41'6" x 12' door opening. The T-nested hangars are 1071 sq ft except for the end hangars which are slightly larger, 1260 sq ft. All hangars are equipped with an electric bi-fold door, large LED lights inside and out, electric outlets on every wall, and a sub-panel in every hangar to prevent electrical shortages throughout the entire building.
